Surface Water, Site Remediation, and emerging issues surrounding Contaminants and FEMA Maps/Flood Risk Criteria will be on the agenda as NAIOP NJ presents its annual Regulatory, Legislative & Legal Update. Leading industry experts and NJDEP representatives will cover the latest on upcoming changes to the Site Remediation Reform Act, the recently enacted Stormwater Utilities Law, Alternative & Historic Fill, Aggressive Action on Contaminants such as PFAS and Dioxin, and the Insurance and Regulatory Implications of Redefining Flood Risk.
